Wedding Policies


We do our consultations for weddings during regular business hours, although an early evening appointment can be arranged with prior notice. Saturday consultations are limited. We have to work around Saturday wedding setups and deliveries.


We do require a retainer on the wedding to confirm the date and time. This is a guarantee that we will hold the date and time for your wedding. Once this is accomplished we would arrange for a follow-up appointment to finalize everything to make your wedding day the easiest and best day of your life.

Delivery and setup

The wedding proposal will include a delivery and setup charge for your specific flowers and floral displays. We will arrange with you for proper delivery time. Should you need early delivery for photos or to have the flowers sent to the home, we will make allowances for that as well. All items come with an identification tag showing who gets the proper bouquet, corsage and boutonniere. All flowers ordered will be sent to the proper location - be it to the church, beach or reception area.

Tear down and pick up

Any items loaned for use during the wedding (i.e. columns, urns, bowls, hurricanes, etc) are picked up by us the day following the ceremony and reception. These items may be returned by you should you prefer to do so. Some items may need to be picked up the same day depending on location.


Due to unfortunate circumstances that may occur, you may need to cancel the wedding after the consultation and confirmation retainer have been made. This is non-refundable and is to protect us, as we do not take more weddings than we could handle on a specific day and time.
