We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a
timely manner. We normally try to deliver most orders on the same day
the order is placed, but this is affected by the actual time the order
is placed, delivery method and location of the delivery.
FLORAL DELIVERIES TO OTHER AREAS
In
the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday
through Saturday on orders received before 12:00 noon in the
recipient's time zone (this excludes holiday and peak delivery
periods). Deliveries received after the noon cut-off will be delivered
the following day. There are no deliveries on Sunday and legal
holidays. Please make sure your that your order is as complete as
possible in information to help avoid any delivery delays.
FLORAL ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
Most
florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 5
PM). However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for
any particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests
for a specific time or within and hourly range. Requests may be taken
for either and AM or PM delivery, but they cannot be guaranteed.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the florist may choose to:

leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the
recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.
· Leave a note for the recipient to call the florist and arrange for a convenient re-delivery time.
· Call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time.
If
the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to
the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may
delay delivery.
INTERNATIONAL FLORAL DELIVERIES
Due
to the various time zones between the United States and other
continents, same day delivery is not available. Next business day
delivery is available to most areas for orders received by 12 Noon EST.
We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received two business
days in advance.
HOLIDAY DELIVERY INFORMATION
We
will try to provide our normal same day delivery schedule during all
the major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter
and Mother's Day. This can be accomplished by having your order to us
by noon of the day it needs to be delivered. Depending on location it
may need to be delivered the following day.
